Welcome to The Event Reset. By submitting an interest form, registering for, or attending The Event Reset, you agree to the following terms.
Invitation & Attendance
The Event Reset is a complimentary, invitation-based workshop. Submission of an interest form does not guarantee attendance. Invitations are extended at the discretion of the event organizers and may be limited based on available capacity.
Event Changes
The Event Reset reserves the right to modify event details, including speakers, content, schedule, venue, and event format at any time without prior notice.
Professional Conduct
We are committed to creating a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment for all attendees. Participants are expected to engage professionally and respectfully with fellow attendees, speakers, and event staff.
Photography & Video
Photography and video recording may occur during the event. By attending, you grant The Event Reset, Cylski Creative, and SoulFlow + Co permission to use photographs, video footage, and recordings that may include your likeness for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes without additional compensation.
If you have concerns about appearing in event photography or video, please notify the event organizers prior to the event.
Liability
Attendees participate in event activities voluntarily. While The Event Reset strives to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, attendees assume responsibility for their own participation and personal belongings.
Health & Wellness Activities
The Event Reset may include optional wellness, mindfulness, stretching, breathing, or light movement activities. Participation is voluntary, and attendees should participate only to the extent they feel comfortable.
