The Event Reset was born from a simple belief: the people who create incredible events deserve support, too.
In 2023, Destin Wintz launched Cylski Creative and partnered closely with Alycia Garder, then a Director of Content Strategy with SAP Global Events. Together, they worked to elevate event experiences, collaborating with teams across some of the companies largest conferences.
Through long days, ambitious deadlines, and countless conversations behind the scenes, they noticed a common theme: event professionals are incredibly talented at taking care of everyone else, but rarely have the opportunity to invest in themselves.
When Alycia left the corporate world to pursue her passion for wellness, mental health, and helping others thrive, she and Destin knew their story wasn't over. They shared a vision for creating something that combined practical event-industry expertise with personal growth, connection, and well-being.
The Event Reset is the result.
This complimentary, invitation-only workshop brings together women who lead events and invites them to step away from the daily demands of execution and focus on themselves, their leadership, and their work. Through honest conversations, practical insights, and meaningful connections, our goal is simple: help create a healthier, more sustainable future for the people who make our industry possible.

Destin Wintz is the Founder and Executive Producer of Cylski Creative and has spent her career helping organizations bring complex events to life. Having worked behind the scenes on everything from executive meetings to large-scale global conferences, she understands firsthand the pressure, pace, and expectations event professionals navigate every day. Destin is passionate about creating systems that reduce chaos, building strong communities, and helping people find more joy in their work. Through The Event Reset, she hopes to create space for event professionals to connect, recharge, and remember they're not carrying it all alone.
Kristin Noyes

Kristin Noyes is an Executive Producer who has partnered with Fortune 500 clients to create engaging experiences for internal events, incentive trips, and customer conferences. With a background in content development, event production, and creative strategy, Kristin is passionate about a good walk-in playlist, a well-written keynote address, and mentoring junior event professionals. More than once described as a maternal leader (*mother hen* to be specific), Kristin's ready to help attendees realize the full, practical potential of their deadliest weapon: soft skills.
Alycia Gardner
Co-founder & Yoga Instructor,

Alycia discovered yoga as a teenager and was quickly drawn to its ability to support both physical and mental well-being, eventually completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2021. Professionally, she spent years leading content strategy for SAP, helping develop and deliver some of the company's largest global user conferences. Through her warm, supportive teaching style, she blends movement, mindfulness, and meditation to help others feel grounded, balanced, and connected to themselves. Her passion for helping people thrive both personally and professionally inspired her pursuit of a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and her role as co-founder of SoulFlow + Co.
Eliana Yzaguirre

Eliana's passion for yoga, mindfulness, and lifelong learning is rooted in a desire to help others feel confident, connected, and empowered. A Master Aesthetician and certified Yoga Teacher, she blends human physiology, breathwork, and movement to help people feel more comfortable in their own skin and more aligned in mind and body. Her goal is simple: to leave others feeling uplifted, supported, and inspired to embrace their own journey of growth.
